Ladies and gentlemen, teachers and fellow students,
Good morning! I am honored to stand here today and give a speech about my three years of learning English in primary school.
During my three years of learning English, I have gained a lot of knowledge and made great progress. At the beginning, it was challenging for me to learn a new language. However, with the help of my teachers and classmates, I gradually became more confident in speaking and writing English.
In my English classes, we often learn through interesting activities and games. For example, we play "Simon Says" to practice listening and following instructions. We also have group discussions where we can express our opinions in English. These activities not only make the learning process enjoyable but also help us to remember the new words and grammar rules more easily.
Besides classroom learning, reading English books has also been an important part of my English journey. I have enjoyed reading various storybooks and magazines. By reading, I not only improve my vocabulary but also develop a better understanding of different cultures and perspectives.
Furthermore, I have participated in English competitions and performances. These events have provided me with opportunities to showcase my English skills and build my confidence in public speaking. I have learned the importance of practice and perseverance in achieving success.
In conclusion, my three years of learning English in primary school have been a rewarding experience. I have gained knowledge, improved my language skills, and developed more confidence in using English. I would like to express my gratitude to my teachers and classmates for their support and encouragement throughout this journey.
